I have two older children and a toddler. Toddler is starting with the terrible twos and it's so much worse than I remember. Everything is a battle and a drama. And the screaming....
Constant tantrums over nothing. She cries if she has to put her shoes on, cries when she has to take them off. Getting dressed and out of the house takes so bloody long. She hates being constrained to a buggy or carrier now so insists on walking but then demands to be picked up so we can't even go for walks anymore.
I am drained. And it's so much harder in the holidays because I have to entertain my older two and constantly feel like they're missing out because of the demands and restrictions of the toddler.
I know it gets better because I've been there before but I'm older now and struggling a lot. Any tips or solidarity would be welcome.,
