To ask for recommendations

Haven't been abroad for years but really fancy it this year. Will have a toddler, a year 6 and a year 8 child so quite a big range to cater for! Looking at as shorter flight as possible - 3 hours would be my limit I think. Somewhere beachy and hot but with plenty to do. If anyone has any recommendations of family friendly hotels I'd be so grateful. Might be nice to have a water park for the older ones.

Thank you in advance!

Some extra details would be helpful. Budget? Preferred board basis? Why not go into TUI and see what they recommend, and go from there? My first thought would be Majorca.

Majorca is on the list but we've been before. Not been to menorca though. We probably will go into a travel agents but it's nice to have personal recommendations too. Budget is 3k ish. Not even sure how much we'd be looking at as it's been so long since we went abroad!
