Recently I've seen a few ads on fb for this. Why isn't clean washing enough without having to add perfume to it as well?

I avoided this for the longest time until a lovely smelling friend of DC.
They just smelt so fresh and clean and I could tell when they had been in the house even after they were long gone.

I only use it on certain clothes though as it’s stupidly expensive.

I put drops of essential oil in mine. Also use it when mopping floors.

Ooh I've never heard of this before! Sounds lovely. For anyone who buys it - it replace fabric softner or is it just an added scent? Thanks 🥰

I stood behind someone in a queue the other day and the smell of their laundry detergent made my eyes water. It's too much for me - I use Persil non bio capsules which have little odour and use M & S fabric softener which is really delicately scented (think it's lavender and peony). Your clothes should smell fresh, not like you've just been rolled in essential oils.

That's how I feel too.

Never heard of fabric perfume. Is it like those beads you add to you wash?

Kitkatcatflap · 01/04/2024 20:09

I hate it so much, I have started making my own washing powder and liquid detergent - thank you Nancy Birtwhistle

I don't know, I've never used it. If you Google it, you'll get more info.

They have ran out of things we need
They are now digging out the bottom of the barrel for anything that someone might buy.

Someone will come up with a perfume remover soon- unless they already have! 😅

Non bio and no fabric conditioner here , laundry should just be clean not perfumed
