My DC spends 2 / 3 nights a week with her dad. He wants 50:50 but even he acknowledges he is too busy to accommodate that.
DC often wants an extra night with me or to come home early. I agree to this it if it fits with my plans. And feel terribly guilty if I have stuff to do. FWIW I never ask him to alter his plans. This is not acknowledged by CMS.
if it’s an extra night with me, I can usually accommodate that that, but I can’t be doing with my ex ringing me at 7.30am asking if I can take DC all day because at they miss me. When they are due mine 5pm tonight.
