So my ExH only started paying CM last year nothing for 8 years prior.
He claimed his salary was £21K and paid last year based on this amount.
Just had the annual review and he in fact paid tax last year on £48K
I just don't understand why he doesn't owe me the difference?
I know it goes up this year but last year he earnt £48K not £21 as he claimed.
I think they should owe you the difference and pay a fine for messing us about?
CM just drop the call when I get through after waiting for 45 mins for them to pick up.
It's so wrong isn't it?
