I'm looking to get a tummy tuck and breast reduction due to losing weight and having loose skin. Please give me your recommendations, preferably someone you've used yourself and had great results with? Also pricing would be fab.

Hi, I'm booked in for extended tummy tuck, breast reduction and liposculpture for 30th May- cost 8.5k
Nervous and excited at the same time.

NoOneCaresInRealLife hi I know this is an old thread, but hope your surgery went well! I have just had a breast reduction and am now looking into getting a tummy tuck/lipo. Where did you go for your surgery because that’s a great price.

NoOneCaresInRealLife · 13/07/2024 13:56

Hello, only had the breast reduction on 30th, total surgery cost was €4300. I went to Lithuania. You can pm me for the name, would highly recommend. How long ago was your reduction?

Scaryclare24 · 13/07/2024 21:19

Aww thanks so much, I have no way of being able to go abroad for surgery unfortunately. Had my breasts done 3 weeks ago so have to wait a bit yet anyway, I’m just impatient. Hope you are healing ok and thanks for the info x

NoOneCaresInRealLife · 14/07/2024 01:02

@Scaryclare24 3 weeks, how are you doing?

Scaryclare24 · 14/07/2024 04:30

Yeah I’m doing ok, it’s less painful than I thought it would be and no issues so far, what about you?

inneedofaglowup · 14/07/2024 09:59

Thanks for that I did post a while ago but it didn't pick up! I've been quoted £14.5k in SE. That's for both the breast reduction and tummy tuck. I also have the same issue of not being able to go abroad due to my kids. I haven't undergone it yet I've been told to lose some weight before I can do this

@Scaryclare24 I'm doing good, all wounds are now fully healed but I do get slight twinge at my T junction on right breast, everything looks fine though. Have started using silicon scar tape this week too.
How are you coping with the compression bra, I have started leaving it off for half a day and wearing a more relaxed, post surgery bra gor a change. My compression bra is quite tight under the boobs when it rides up which is annoying.

Would you say at three weeks you can do normal day to day stuff

@inneedofaglowup For me, at 3 weeks, I was still very uncomfortable. The swelling was so bad on my torso.
I was walking about 5k everyday.
Everyday things were just that little bit painful- putting trainers on, putting a jacket on, anything where you arms were stretched but I think that was more the liposuction sites (sides under my arms) that were painful.

princesspadam · 19/07/2024 22:38

At 3 weeks post tummy tuck & lipo I was still bent double
I found the recovery brutal

Same, took about 9 months to straighten up and feel a bit more comfortable. Taking the compression garment off felt so weird I hated it so I wore it for ages lol 🤣

KhakiTurtle · 12/07/2025 14:52

I would say not as you can’t mess up the result and if you have drains etc it’s still quite sore about six weeks to be feeling up to doing more imo
