Can anyone with experience of being a TA interviewer or interviewee give me ideas of questions that may be asked in a TA3 interview?

I'm a TA. Definitely be prepared for questions about safeguarding as this is such a big thing now. Even at my interview, over 20 years ago, I was asked questions which related to safeguarding. If you have time before the interview, try to read the safeguarding policy - it should be on their website and familiarise yourself with the key points. You might also ask (if they don't volunteer the info) what type of reporting system they use - we use an online system at my school, but others still use paper based systems.

I would expect questions about equality and diversity, safeguarding, why you want the job and prepare some examples of times you’ve dealt with a challenging situation with a child, colleague, parent etc.
