Not coping with these kids

Half term. 7 year old and 2 year old. Partner away for most of it due to funerals down south.
I'm pretty sure I have adhd or something along those lines, I don't cope well with mess noise, I'm terrible at timekeeping and organisation.

These kids are driving me insane, constant noise shouting at each other, hurting each other. House is a mess. Emptied bin and entire contents spilled out of the ripped liner.

Youngest won't eat what she does she covers herself in. I've not had time to shower or brush my hair or teeth yet today. Every 5 seconds it's mummy mummy mummy. I want to break down and cry. I can't cope with this level of noise and mess in this tiny house.

In extremity, in lockdown, I used to put PE Bowman videos from YouTube on the TV: https://www.youtube.com/@pe_bowman

It's effectively a workout, but to the kids it's like playing along to a video game, not "exercising". Mine loved it.

Before you continue to YouTube

When the kids are driving you nuts you need to take them outside or put them in water. They've had many a day time bath 😂
