Hi all,
I’ve purchased a smeg kettle & toaster from AO. Was delivered by DPD , who on arrival I spoken to through my ring doorbell as I wasn’t home. They asked was it ok to leave in my outdoor cupboard, I then confirmed that was ok ( thinking there wasn’t a problem with that , I knew no different. That’s where most my parcels get left). I’ve then got back home to see my parcels are no longer there so are missing. I’ve contacted AO and they’re saying there is nothing they can do because I confirmed it was ok to leave in the cupboard. ( I didn’t know this wasn’t allowed at the time till a member of AO confirmed it with me). Just wondering if anybody has any advice/ help on what I can do next ?? I’m left with a debt to pay but no items. I’ve checked with all neighbours and nothings been received.
