To buy a Mini??

I need a second car for running the kids around and driving round town. Parking is a nightmare so a small tiny car is a good idea. But... are Minis comfortable to sit and drive in? The seats look like they are very low. AIBU to consider a (used) Mini rather than a 'sensible' car?

Glad I didn’t buy a Mini based on this thread. I’ve mostly driven small Japanese cars. They have never broken down and parts are cheap to replace.

If you want small and easy to park, get a Fiat 500! Loved that aspect of mine, knowing I could get into spaces other cars might not. Was fun to drive too, and so cute!

What did you decide on, OP? I've just swapped my aging Micra for a 17 Cooper and I properly love it..
Don't like the recently updated styling at all.
