He was the only sober one after a party, perhaps.

He had a pile of fake number plates on the front seat. It's hard to imagine this being a spur of the moment mistake.

It was stolen - but did someone get the child to steal it?

Where are his parents? Asleep in the caravan? When stopped did he ask the police officer if he needed a new driveway?🤣
