Cryptic chocolate/sweet quiz - FIDDLER

I'm doing a chocolate/sweet quiz and the prize is a hamper full of chocolate goodies. There is one final question which has me stumped & can anyone help me o wise mumsnetters please? The answer has to be chocolate or sweet name. The clue could be cryptic or an anagram.
The clue is FIDDLER. I can't think of anything that this could be an anagram of. A synonym of Fiddler is Fudge. It's a bit of stretch but it's the best I can come up with.

If it's Minstrels the clue should be fiddlers. Any sweets like cheater or swindler?
