We moved house nearly 2 weeks ago. Originally we were told that our phone would be connected on 18th. On 18th we were told that as previous owners had not requested their line be stopped the earliest we could be connected was 24th. On 24th line still was working. We were told it would be working yesterday. Its still not working. I have spent a fortune on mobile phone calls to BT, wasted goodness knows how long trying to work my way through automated calls and holding to speak to real people. We can't get our internet access or telly sorted til we have the phone line working. I am getting mightily pi**ed off with them. They don't seem to have any engineers any more - instead give you directions how to check your own line. WHATEVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE????????
