To think if the DWP are going to have access to peoples bank accounts then the CSA should be able to access the non resident patents accounts

Because it’s been a farce for years. Wonder why it’s so difficult for them to put a system in place to make sure the right amount is paid when they can for other things. Nothing to do with the fact most single parents are women so who gives a shit I’m sure

They are beyond inept.

We seem to have imported a lot of things from America
Multi dating, happy Holidays instead of Merry Christmas food stamps (we now have food banks) etc but are very reluctant to import their strict rules on collecting Child Support. I wonder why!
