Please continue to share your day's delicious delights! Whether you are a snack muncher, or a total gourmand lets continue to relish in eachother's meals!

I've only had 2 packs of chicken flavour crisps and a belvita bar so far today. I'm sure you can do better than that!

  • Buttery chive scrambled eggs on seeded toast, an orange
  • Banana, Greek yoghurt, almond butter, drizzle of homemade chocolate ganache, mixed nuts and seeds
  • Black coffee with vanilla bean paste
  • Breadstick, cup of tea, apple and babybel
  • Homemade breaded cod, baked beans, roasted carrots, (packet) mash and garlic mayo
  • 4 custard creams and a cup of milky tea

  • Coffee with milk and slice of banana cake
  • M&S egg sandwich
  • Tea again.
  • Aperol and limonata
  • Piri Piri chicken, mixed salad, flat bread & yoghurt dressing
  • Peppermint & liquorice tea.
  • Usually more greens than todays intake.

@loropianalover I'm so there for your breakfast and lunch. I adore bagels but there's no bakery near me. One shop sells them but only lets me have 2 at a time as they want to sell them with fillings!

I finally cooked my chicken roast today! (Garlic and herb seasoning) with..
Roast potatoes
Yorkshires
Peas
stir fried morning glory with garlic/ red chilli
Boiled rice

So hybrid vietnamese and roast...I'm happy I finally had a proper meal!

Breakfast today is bread and plum jam (I made a big loaf of buttermilk bread yesterday and it's so lovely I had extra)
Lunch, turkey meatballs and something green, and an apple
Dinner, veg and barley soup, possibly tapioca

Tomato soup with cheese on toast
Wholegrain pasta with chilli pesto and green salad

This thread makes me hungry!

So far today I've had a bowl of chopped raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, with some natural Skyr, drizzle of honey, couple of teaspoons of smooth Pip & Nut peanut butter, chopped walnuts & mixed seeds. So tasty! Also 3 cups Yorkshire tea with semi skimmed milk. I fasted till 12 noon.

Who knows what the rest of the day holds...possibly a Dr Oetker mozzarella pizza, rocket & a large g&t for dinner. Plus chocolate.

I bloody love good food, and thankfully, exercise.

Yesterday was a stoats apple and cinnamon breakfast bar, jacket potato with cheese and beans, went for coffee with ds at the garden centre and had a skinny cappuccino and a slice of sponge cake (I pretended not to see the calorie count!) then tea was hello fresh chicken and pak choi stir fry (they offered me 50% off for re subscribing) and a glass and a half of white wine.

Today we had fish, chips and mushy peas from the excellent chippy in the nearby town. This was brunch.
I don't know what we're having tonight, possibly eggs, but I will make a yogurt, spinach and mango/other fruit smoothie, to boost the vitamin levels.

B - 2 crumpets with butter and a granny smith apple

L - 2 ryvita black pepper thins with light cream cheese and ham and cucumber

S - Arla protein yogurt and a packet of sour cream Sunbites

D - stuffed peppers (one pepper cut in half and stuffed with seasoned turkey mince, red onion and mozzarella, drizzled with BBQ sauce)

S - Danone GoPro chocolate mousse

Around c.1400kcal give or take

Well I didn't have anything to go with the meatballs so I had bread and butter with them, and made a smoothie-ish drink from an old wholefoods book: apple juice, prune juice, peanut butter and yoghurt. Very nice!

Also had some gathia snack things from Grape Tree.

Woke up starving today for some reason.

English muffin with jam, lots of tea, grapes
Chicken and avocado salad
2 x choc digestives

Will probably have an apple and/or a pear later.
Dinner will be pasta and pesto, salad.

A bowl of porridge made with oat milk. Sprinkled with raspberries and a small drizzle of syrup.

Lunch- mixed leaf salad with half an avocado, tomatoes, olives and a handful of chicken peas.

I've also had a digestive biscuit and two cups of tea (one regular, one decaf).

Later I'm having a hot chocolate to use up some ganache I made for a cake, and tonight we're having a take away.

I had a nice lie in, since I got my weeks' work done yesterday 😀

B: Coffee, banana pancake w frozen berries and cream

L: Greek salad with tea and an apple or orange

D: Plan = Gammon steak w parsley sauce and new potatoes, green beans and broccoli, raw carrot sticks. Probably ice cream

The dinner might wind up being freezer tapas depending on how this afternoon pans out 😁

a babybel and a pink lady apple mid morning
smoked haddock and salmon chowder then a pear for lunch
im just wondering whether to have a little snack, there are curly whirly’s in the house calling my name
not sure what to eat for evening meal but Fridays is always something simple and quick at the end of a busy week

@BobbyBiscuits unfortunately I am addicted to the deli in the mornings! Gives me motivation to get through the day but I know it’s really not good for me.

today was pay day so I had 2 expensive coffees 🙈

B: mocha, 1 small sausage roll from deli

L: ham & cheese sandwich, caramel latte, marabou chocolates

snack: banana

D: spicy mexican rice with shredded chicken, fajita mix, pepper, onion, sweetcorn, cheese, sour cream, more cheese, water

dessert: ice cream

Today:

A homemade smoothie of a small banana, 1 medjool date, a tbsp almond butter, skimmed
milk, a tsp of raw cacao powder and ice. It was AMAZING
Frozen pineapple
A couple of tbsp of hummus with cucumber and raw carrots and a few peter’s yard sourdough crackers
Steak, roasted new potatoes, onions, mushrooms, roasted courgette and roasted broccoli.
A bit more frozen pineapple.

A couple of coffees with skimmed milk and a bit of coconut sugar.

I've just eaten a couple of chicken thighs I cooked last night and left out in the side and completely forgot about

I'd taken them out of the freezer as they've been in there for ages in case someone was still hungry

I'm craving beans on toast so I'll have that later when I'm hungry again

L - the last of the leftover chickpea and spinach curry, apple
S - handful of almonds, banana, Jaffa cake bar
D - jerk chicken, rice and peas, salad, small Moser Roth dark chocolate with salted caramel bar

Today so far:
Saturday treat / post run breakfast
Porridge with oat milk, spoonful of crunchy peanut butter, honey, banana, blueberries and seeds.

Hoping for that to last me without lunch as I'm out watching ds1 play rugby and the only food options will be a bacon bap or chips, which I'd like to avoid.
