Please continue to share your day's delicious delights! Whether you are a snack muncher, or a total gourmand lets continue to relish in eachother's meals!

I've only had 2 packs of chicken flavour crisps and a belvita bar so far today. I'm sure you can do better than that!

Bag of ready salted crisps, 2 Gf rich tea

Small portion of plain pasta with butter

2 x tea, 2 x herbal tea, 1 x lucozade sport

A Bonne Maman madeleine
Toast with marmite
Half a cinnamon bun and a latte
Much lemon drizzle cake
Scampi, hash browns, broccoli and a fried egg!

B: overnight oats with banana and a dob of peanut butter.

L: Salad nicoise, nectarine.

D: (Later) Turkey meatballs with rice and roasted broccoli, fruit

Snacks so far: 2 dates, 1 nectarine.

Lamb curry with rice and naan for dinner.

Coconut yogurt, granola, stewed apple.

Cheese and tomatoes filled croissant, mini rolls (2). Grapes.

A few bites of DS’ bacon cheeseburger.

Dinner will be take out pizza from one of those stall type places.
Dairy milk.

Glass of wine or 2.

Yesterday:

Breakfast - coffee with vanilla oat milk

Lunch - salmon fillet baked with lime juice and chili, baked potato with chili pesto, banana, Greek yogurt and blueberries

Evening - baked beans, cheese on toast, beetroot juice, dark chocolate with lime and chili, a tangerine

Apple juice.

Scone with jam and cream. Piece of cheese. Grapes.

Handful of crisps, chocolate mini roll.

Pizza. Glass of wine.

Yum but not ideal, the only saving grace is that I’ve done lots of exercise.

coffee x 3, orange juice, water.

Will prob have some fruit and chocolate for dessert later.

approx half an Easter egg

Home made Chinese: some fried chicken in a soy / honey sauce, plain rice and some stirfried veg with soy, garlic and ginger

Breakfast - coffee (1/2 decaffeinated 1/2 normal) with cashew milk, banana, Greek yogurt, blueberries and an apple, glass of pomegranate juice

Lunch - canned salmon on wholegrain sourdough toast with ranch and a tangerine, glass of beetroot juice

Supper will be - queen chickpeas slow cooked with ginger, garlic, lime juice, red chillies, tomatoes, coconut cream, spinach and various herbs and spices, plus rice flour chapatis.

Dinner will be Chicken salad.

Planning a fast day tomorrow after the Easter treats which went on longer than anticipated.

One chocolate malted milk biscuit Spatchcock chicken roasted on Mediterranean vegetables and baby new potatoes. (Mid afternoon)
Not expecting to eat anything else but might have a snack with a drink later.
