Back by popular demand, lol.

Please continue to share your day's delicious delights! Whether you are a snack muncher, or a total gourmand lets continue to relish in eachother's meals!

I've only had 2 packs of chicken flavour crisps and a belvita bar so far today. I'm sure you can do better than that!

B - 2 egg omelette with spinach and tomato.
Toast and butter. 1 tea. 1 coffee

L - home made Chicken and Veg fried rice.

D - Homemade Lentil and vegetable soup with Garlic bread

Snacks. I square of dark chocolate. 8 smoked almonds. 3 slices of papaya, grapes, blueberries.
a crunchie and two cups of tea throughout the day.

Correction

B- porridge cooked with banana & grated beetroot

L- scrambled eggs and avocado on rice cakes

S - cup of boiled cauliflower

D- large salmon fillet, white beans and broccoli

S - bowl of grapes, blueberries & strawberries

Feeling very happy/ proud with my choices today.

B- the oat pantry banana bread porridge made with almond milk

L- tuna and sweetcorn sandwich on wholemeal bread, 4 baby cucumbers and some cherry tomatoes

D- went to the ivy, had blackened cod fillet then shared truffle and parmesan fries with my husband, plus green beans with almonds and some of my toddler's mushy peas and normal chips!

Snacks- bag of mini eggs, a banana

Lunch - chicken, mash, peas, green beans - G n T, mini chocolate brownie and liqueur coffee (celebration work lunch)
Dinner - chicken salad

Coconut yogurt & berries.

Chicken and Sweetcorn soup. Mini eggs.

Dinner will be breaded haddock & salad followed by mini eggs - I’ve only 2 bags left though - sob.

Breakfast - coffee with vanilla oat milk, a banana and a satsuma

Lunch - very very very large baked potato with a whole can of tuna, one tbsp of olive oil, Parmesan, reduced fat cheddar, an apple and a satsuma

Supper - maybe just a banana

Yesterday was the rest of Mondays roast lamb dinner followed by some more hot cross bun and butter marmalade pudding with ice cream and cream

Late breakfast of toast and marmalade.

Snack of left over roast potato reheated in the air fryer.

Early dinner of the rest of the bread and butter marmalade pudding made with hot cross buns with cream and ice cream on the side.

Paying the price for overindulgence over Easter and now back to bland and beige Sad

On Sunday had half leg of lamb marinade in red wine, garlic and rosemary, roasties, roast parsnips, braised cabbage with apples, Yorkies (frozen Waitrose ones), carrots, green beans and gravy. Then a slice of blueberry cheesecake 🥳

Last few days been picking and snacking...

Today...Coca cola for breakfast and a belvita bar
Tonight having a Spanish style fat omelette with bacon, potatoes, Spring onions, mushrooms and sun-dried toms.
Grilled halloumi
Big salad with olives, cucumber, lettuce, carrots etc.
Plenty of white wine!

B overnight oats with banana and a dob of peanut butter.
