Please continue to share your day's delicious delights! Whether you are a snack muncher, or a total gourmand lets continue to relish in eachother's meals!

I've only had 2 packs of chicken flavour crisps and a belvita bar so far today. I'm sure you can do better than that!

Banana, 2 GF Jaffa cakes

1 GF chocolate orange hot cross bun, chunk of cheese, 3 Colin the caterpillar sweets

GF breaded chicken, rice, s&s sauce, 4 squares of caramel

2 x tea, 1 x coffee, 1 x herbal tea, 1 x coke, 1 x lucozade sport

Snack plate of almonds and walnuts, half an apple, some beetroot, a babybel

Marmite and avocado on toast
The rest of the ratatouille with chicken and air fryer new potatoes

B- apple and cinnamon porridge made with almond milk

L- tuna and sweetcorn sandwich on wholemeal bread, cucumber and celery plus shared some wotsits with my toddler

D- mixed bean chilli with white rice and tortilla chips

Snacks- hot cross bun with butter, an apple, some melon and grapes, a few party rings and a stoats oat bar

It's absolutely delicious! It needs butter and a sprinkling of chilli flakes and it's best on brown 👌🏽

A Cornish pastie and half a cider
Pasta with chicken, pancetta, mushrooms, olives and tomato sauce; salad
4 dried dates and a square of Ds2's chocolate that he gave me.

Full fat Greek yoghurt with a banana and some nuts and seeds.
I ate.a Belgian bun.
salad and a tin of macrel
home made butter chicken curry, rice and a nan.
a magnun
2glasses of red wine.

Late breakfast - banana & berry shake, fruit bread toasted and tea.
Snack - tea and some crisps
Dinner - 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice toast, beetroot, salami, rocket, spinach, peppers, tomatoes, olives, cheese, one white wine spritzer, sticky toffee pud & cream, more tea.

B: decaf black coffee

L: lentil soup, slice of toast with marmite and avocado as recommended by @preggo39 and it is just as amazing as promised
And a plum

D: think this is going to be bolognese which I will have with courgette instead of pasta, bit of choc after no doubt

Prodigal son returning from uni tomorrow so there may be a celebratory takeaway on the horizon

D- (will be) beans, rice and spinach

L: Sourdough toast with cottage cheese, chopped cherry tomatoes, sliced avocado, hard boiled egg, salt, lemon juice, crushed chillies, followed by malteser bunny & cup of tea

Pre gym: Apple & peanut butter, cup of tea

D: Will be gnocchi & tomato bake, plus rocket

2 litres water

Dinner is probably halloumi, roast veg & couscous, & probably some greek yoghurt, honey, berries.
Lots of tea & water (like a broken record)

Breakfast: fresh wholemeal bread and butter with Marmite
Lunch: potted beef and pickled beetroot sandwich with cucumber, celery, almonds and an apple
Dinner is haricot bean stew thing with mash, carrots, cabbage and broccoli

I also had a bar of mini egg chocolate.
