Back by popular demand, lol.

Please continue to share your day's delicious delights! Whether you are a snack muncher, or a total gourmand lets continue to relish in eachother's meals!

I've only had 2 packs of chicken flavour crisps and a belvita bar so far today. I'm sure you can do better than that!

B: Kellogg's Raisin Wheats and skimmed milk
L: 2 fried eggs on toast, small pot of activia yoghurt
D: Lamb grill, few small potatoes, garden peas

Snacks: Egg custard tart, 2 salt and pepper rice cakes

L - small portion of homemade split pea and veg soup.
4 Ryvita whole Grain bakes. Fat free cottage cheese.
Small banana

T - baked potato, filled with fat free cottage cheese- two laughing cow light, 3 chopped gherkins, spoon of fat free greek yoghurt. Green salad. Two hard boiled eggs.
Small banana

3 large glasses of no sugar apple and elderflower dilutey juice.
2 cups of black coffee.

I need to change my username - I had my baby last week! Today...

Weetabix with milk and blueberries
Marmite and avocado on toast
Slice of cheese on toast with beetroot
Some cheese crackers
Little bit of chocolate
Chicken gratin with lots of broccoli
One glass of champagne (first booze since baby's birth)

Possibly some late night snacks depending on baby's feeding pattern.

Yesterday was

A bowl with homemade potato salad, salmon eggs, chopped green olives and sweetcorn.
DF salted chocolate caramel ice cream in a gf waffle cone.
Luscombe Orange spritzer.
Fried rice with thinly sliced carrots and courgettes and seabass.
GF DF chocolate caramel tart.
Orange, mango and passion fruit juice.

Breakfast today- bread and butter, Seville marmalade
Lunch- peppers, celery, raisins, walnuts, apple, butter beans, little bit of corned beef, raspberry dressing
Dinner is chicken, broccoli, carrots, peas and then fruit loaf

2 apple & cinnamon hot cross buns
4 tiny sourdough crackers with peanut butter

Apple and raspberries
Tea will be a cheese, tomato & sweetcorn omelette with peas and a couple of hash browns
I will 100% eat at least one lemon and white choc hot cross bun tonight. Probably two

I am recovering from what was either a horrible heavy cold or COVID. Had no appetite for days but feeling a little better today. It has made me want to eat constantly, comforting salty and creamy foods and carbs.

Today I have had- I can scarcely believe it -

A bowl of konjac "rice" in almond milk and sugar
Two slices of toast and marmite
Two plums
9 !!!! Crispbreads with marmite and Philadelphia
A bowl of pawa rice flakes cooked in almond milk and sugar.

That's more food than I normally eat in a whole day....

No. I just like it. Am vegetarian so add pulses to things.

Yesterday:

Brunch: went to a bar for a full English breakfast, a chai, a glass of orange juice
Dinner: Baba ganoush, lamb iskender with rice, an Aperol spritz and a glass of red wine at a Turkish restaurant
Drinks: Four or five cups of tea, a can of Diet Coke

Today so far:

Breakfast: Cup of tea
Lunch: Cheese and crackers, an apple

Lunch- eggs and avocado on rice cakes

Snack- yoghurt, protein powder, banana, oats, nuts

Dinner (will be) - salad of spinach, lettuce, grated carrot & beans

today - breakfast: 1 corn tortilla with 2 egg omelette with feta, jalapeños and spring onions. wrapped up with a generous layer of pureed pinto beans

a macaron and 3x Ferrero rocher

4/5 strawberries

dinner - udon noodles stir fried with 1 chopped sir loin steak, a whole pack of mushrooms, some pak choi, carrots, garlic and spring onions. I made a stir fry sauce with oyster sauce, light and dark soya and some brown sugar.

Dinner- cabbage soup (nicer than it sounds!) and then fruit loaf.

B: Greek yoghurt on raspberries & strawberries, honey, spoon peanut butter, few chopped almonds.

L: Sourdough toast with cottage cheese, chopped cherry tomatoes, sliced avocado, hard boiled egg, with salt, lemon juice, crushed chillies. Tasty but hard to eat with hands 😆

S: Single twirl finger

D: Will be spag bol with spinach on side, few dates for dessert.

Lots of water & yorkshire tea with semi skimmed milk.
