I am in the process of splitting up with my child's father and I just wanted some advice on what to do really.
We have our own separate places but he has been living with me.
I am on maternity leave and receive Universal Credit to top.
I have been looking after my baby whilst soon to be ex works.
I literally do everything and I am exhausted.
I have caught my ex a few times now with his eyes closed holding our baby.
I have told him so many times if he feels tired to put our baby back in the cot.
He has asked several of his friends who have apparently said they have all done that at some stage and it's normal
I am not happy for my son to go back to my ex's place for this reason.
I have told him he can come and see the baby with pre arranged visits but he is not to stay over.
Ex currently dosent pay me any money for our baby and (asks for halves on everything) so I have asked him for child maintenance which he isn't too happy about.
Am I being unreasonable?
