My connection flight was delayed home yesterday so was informed checked baggage would come on next flight. I informed airport I was working today so would not be available to collect so they said mutually convenient time for delivery could be made.
Now airport have sent it out today on the day I said I wasn't there. I've contacted them saying I did tell them this and gave a lost of available dates instead. I'm at work and cannot get home to collect. Has anyone had this before? Really stressed.
