Dad died. My Mum is just cold and horrible.
I hate being with her help.
Maybe she's just dealing with if differently.
Help. She's so bitter.
I feel like I want to keep talking to my dad.

I'm so sorry. No it's not nuts. I kept texting my dad for months after he died. Be kind to yourself. Have you got supportive friends, partner etc?
