Not aibu just intrigued. This thread was done on here ages ago and it was so fun. I have two:

Pasta is gross, I'll eat it but its not delicious as people make it out to be its cold slimy dough.

I'm sure she's nice but Beyonce is overrated.

Some of these contributions are really funny. Thank you to all who added thoughts. Let’s hope a comedian out there gets off their LGBTQ/vegan/England-is-colonial-and-racist high horse and takes inspiration from the thread.

Yep. See also children's books and films with their anthropomorphised "evil" carnivores and "good" prey. So blooming infuriating.

I cant stand the open plan trend generally. I don’t want to see the washing up and hear the washing machine going while I’m watching telly of an evening. A busy open plan room is a nightmare with kids too.

My unpopular opinion is that driving is not essential unless you live rurally with no public transport. I’ve no plans to clutter up my street with yet another car, nor pay through the nose for petrol, insurance and MOTs.

Tomato ketchup is awful stuff...especially on eggs. Eggs should never touch anything tomato based..

I dont get the hype over those stupid giant stanley cups...they look ridiculous.

Baked beans have no place on a cooked breakfast. The juice pollutes the rest of the elements.
However baked beans on toast with a little grated cheese is a great small meal.

Unpopular opinion, I don't give a tosh about the animals I eat other than to make sure they're cooked properly. I do however care about the health and well being of human beings, most of whom cannot afford or sustain themselves on vegan diets. Unless they've wealthy first world denizens who can't see the world outside their little bubble.

If pet keeping was not a thing, animals wouldn't be mistreated by some. It's because people can be cruel (intentionally or not) that we have to rescue them. Farming is not included in this scenario. Don't get me started on livestock.
