Bcg scar

To clarify I am going to be seeking medical advice. But posting here for traffic.
My ten year olds bcg scar is red, itchy and looks a bit weepy.
He had his bcg as a baby and has never ever looked like this.
For clarity I'm not in uk in case you don't have bcg. It's routine here for babies.
He is not sick besides a cough.

Anyone had this before.

Sorry I don't have an answer for you but just bumping again.

Google tells me that this is not unheard of in kawasaki disease in children....or in other viral infections in children....it doesn't seem to indicate much else as far as I can tell. Nothing says it means there is a problem.

Could be nothing or could be a sign of a serious disease. No way of saying so go to the doctor.

Thanks... yep I'll probably go to pharmacist first and then gp if they can't help.
I don't imagine it could be something as serious as kawasaki disease with no other symptoms.its just come on so quick it's odd.
