Because she loves God, she sees in the Bible that God is good and that he created her, that Jesus is the most excellent and trustworthy human who ever lived. She believes that he is King of all. So following his word is a logical response.

The Bible is God's living and active, true Word.

If that’s the case, what does God say about the Internet? Or the combustion engine? Or anything else that’s been invented or discovered in the last 2000 years?

God's laws still apply. So we wouldn't use the internet to abuse people or steal from them or conduct affairs. We wouldn't use the combustion engine in a car to run people over or transport stolen property or drugs.
