Who is right?

If a person has a disability - bad knee- is it the person with the knee responsible for asking for help/concideration or is it everybody else who need to remember and concider this?
On holiday and everything blew up, om Way to restaurant, as the person with bad knee Said i need to sit here for a few minuts and another person Said ok and Walked on. Because bad hips did not say hey wait for me.
The other person would absolutely have waited, if asked. Bad knee was furious and shouted when arriwing to restaurant.

If someone stops because they need to rest then it is very rude to carry on walking

If he's your sisters partner why didn't she wait.

She was ahead of me. And him dancing at the pool made me thinking it was not dp bad

He wasn't angry because he expected you to wait with him because he needed help.

He was angry with you because it's bad manners just to walk ahead while he rested with his bad knee. Your sis would have secured the reservation at the restaurant.

However, he was out of line for shouting at you all.

It's much clearer now you've written this.

Would have been polite, kind and considerate to wait. If your own pain meant you couldn't then that is understandable but I probably would have explained.
