Cybersickness..?

For the past couple of weeks I've had dizziness, nausea and headache.
I've been on my phone a lot for work, and also I have got myself a new iPad and have been playing Roblox on it (I know!) with my little lad as he likes to have someone play with him. We just had an hour and I feel like I'm going to be sick and the rooms spinning. I hadn't put 2 and 2 together before but could that be the cause??

how about the turning your phone down for a couple of hours and see if the new idea abates?!

it’s like asking

“do you think these prawns are making me feel sick ?”

as you continue to eat them

I dont know what Roblox is, but lots of online games give me vertigo. I think that is normal

It's well-known games and use of screens in general can have effects like this. Every game I've played in the last 25 years (probably - there might be the odd one) has had a warning at the start. I basically ignore the warning like most people, but some bits have sunk in like how dizziness, eye strain, headaches and seizures are some of the symptoms, that symptoms can occur even in people with no past history of them, and to stop using the game/device and consult a doctor.

Certain video games give me headaches and motion sickness, so definitely try stopping to see if your symptoms go away.
