Do you use it? If so, why? How do you take it? (Gummies, oil drops etc) How much and how often? What is your experience with it? Any tips? Advice? Where and how do you buy it?

I am considering using it to help with anxiety, depression and early signs of arthritis. I am very interested to learn more about it through the experience of others.

Thank you

I started taking the Trip dream drops at Christmas (half a pipette at bedtime) and also have a Goodrays CBD drink in the evening - they make a superb alternative to booze! It's working well for me, I'm sleeping so much better and way less angriness/anxiety. Could be related to giving up alcohol I guess, but it's working for me.

Massive waste of time and money for me. Spent an absolute fortune. Didn't do a thing.

I can't be doing with the CBD "cures all ills" tropes as well. There's absolutely bugger all scientific evidence behind most of the claims made (thin studies with few participants, no peer reviews and problematic links to the companies making the products).

Thank you, two very different experiences to consider. It definitely isn’t cheap which is why I would like to get opinions before I spend.
It is very interesting about it improving sleep.

@edwinbear where can you buy them?

Dotjones · 12/02/2024 13:24

The widely-available ones you get in the UK don't seem to do anything for me. I've tried oil and capsules (which are basically just an enclosed version of the oil). I didn't notice any difference. The ones I tried in America were great, they have THC in though so it's more akin to taking cannabis.
