Happy to be told I'm being unreasonable but interested to hear other people's thoughts.
I don't have children myself (worked with them for 10 years though) before anyone tries to insinuate I hate children 😅
I live in a cul-de-sac and my neighbours child and his friends usually play football outside in the summer, which isn't an issue, although I do think there's better places to play football if I'm honest. We live in an area with lots of greenery/parks etc, in fact there's actually one just round the corner but they choose to play in the cul-de-sac, fine. I think it's a bit unsafe, as in things could easily be broken/damaged (cars, windows etc) but it is what it is. I've never said anything btw and always smiled/been friendly when they've come into my garden to get the ball.
Anyway, they're outside now playing football. I think it's a bit ridiculous given the time and all I can hear is them shouting at each other and I'm pretty sure they keep kicking the football into my garden as all I keep hearing is my gate opening and closing. His parents must know as he's right outside and their at home. AIBU to find this annoying and wonder why, as a parent, they would let their child do this so late at night?
