I am being utterly unreasonable but nevertheless I am unordinatley annoyed that DH had done his back in on the day I am ovulating.

We are trying to conceive. If we were lucky this month it would be perfect timing for many reasons.

However DH is prostrate on the floor unable to move. Apparantly rumpy pumpy is completley out of the question despite various offers from me.

Am I being unreasonable to take advantage of the fact he can't move and therefore can't escape ?

(On a serious note this is v v annoying timing).

best chance to conceive is actually a day or two before actual ovulation but if he is just lying there can you not just straddle him and do all the work?

I got a positive on an OPK this morning so I am pretty sure today is the best day for trying.

DD is currently sitting on his chest and he seems fine. I am only a few pounds heavier surely?

the positive means you have an LH surge which means you are due to ovulate very soon.

Also I thought it was best if you really had sex almost every day in the cycle to have the best chance of conceiving rather than saving it up for one moment so there was never a time when sperm wasn't present.
