COL Payment?

Hi,

I was entitled to all COL payments.

I've checked back to all dates to see when I may get the February one.

I noticed, I did not get the £326 Between 14 and 31 July 2022 for most people

Am I stupid in thinking I could call and query this after all this time?

Would really help put if I could...

You could call and ask about if but I’m not 100% sure they would be able to issue it. The records might not go back that far for who received it but you could always ask

Theres a Gov form online for reporting payments missed last year but I can’t see anything about the previous

COL payments

£301 - April to may 2023.
£300 - October to November 2023
£299 - February 2024

£150 disability payment-June to July 2023

But if you didn't receive it you can report it online you didn't receive it

There was COL payments in 2022.

But the first was labelled differently incoming, I've found it incoming anyway so!

I'm not seeing where you're getting July 2022 from?

How come you didn't notice it was missing back in July 2022?!

I just checked back to see when I got the payments.

It was labelled C O L instead of the others the had DWPCOL.

I didn't think I didn't get it but I couldn't see it as it was labelled different.
