Bought a memory foam mattress as the one before hand was pocket sprung and not right. The memory foam one is too thin, despite how it was advertised.
I started looking into mattress toppers and then thought, it might be worth trying the memory foam one ontop of the other one?

Definitely try that. But how is it too thin? Often they don't need the depth of a sprung one and may still be very comfy

Memory foam can be thinner than the springs, try it as is and see how you feel

was it the kind that comes shipped and compressed? They keep expanding for a few days. Don’t use it until it finishes growing.

Def worth a try💤

We have a combination mattress - pocket sprung with 4 inches of memory foam. It’s 17 years old but still really comfy. Maybe just get a pocket sprung one underneath but is it actually uncomfortable?

We’ve been using it for the past few months but it’s causing back ache.
