Well i know the answer to that Q actually, i go to bed too late about 12 - 1am. But the thing is, every night, at bedtime, so that would be now, i am knackered, can hardly keep my eyes open, will be grumpy putting DD to bed because i am SO TIRED, yet as soon as she is up and i can relax, guess what? I can't!! . It happens every night and i spend my days like a zombie, coudlnt sleep last night hardly at all, so feel like shit now. I know this should be in health but i know the reason, just want to rant really - arrrggghhhh snore....

Go to bed now! I go to bed straight after I have put DC to bed every now and then and I feel so much better for it! Boring I know, and you feel like you haven't had any time to yourself but it's great to catch up on sleep.

PABLOP · 20/03/2008 19:19

aawwh Lucyellensmum theres nothing worse than not sleeping, I was like that for most of my pregnancy, I also go to bed far too late but thats cos I want me time after DS has gone to bed, what about having a nice bath, a glass of wine to unwind.

have you tried listening to relaxation tapes?

I can barely get through the first 10 mins of mine and I'm off

I have links if it helps

Cappuccino · 20/03/2008 19:20

PABLOP · 20/03/2008 19:22

Cappuccino · 20/03/2008 19:26

ok mp3s - I stick them on my ipod

here are loads - the meditation podcast is especially good

and Beth Irvine there are plenty by this woman as well as vacuous chat about how to be a relaxed woman - sometimes I am off before the end of the vacuous chat tho
