I baked some banana muffins earlier - I think I took them out of oven a bit too soon.
Now they've cooled, the bottoms are a bit too moist and stick to the paper cases.
Would sticking them in the microwave for a minute sort them out, or best to leave them as they are?
They're quite nice, not inedible - the bottoms just aren't right.
I can't be bothered to heat the oven up again (and not entirely certain if that would work either, now that they're cool.
