picture the scene if you will... at the bust stop at 7.10 waiting for bus due at 7.20, it approaches at 7.18 , oh good its early you think, you signal along with others for it to stop, a total of 4 people signalling clearly.... imagine your shock as the bus then proceedes to drive straight by!!!!

honestly buses in my area are bad as it is but tht takes the piss!!!

Bus drivers in my area are also generally rude, cruel ( have seen a driver wait till an elderly lady gets just to the door and drive off!!) and generally not suited to a career in customer services... do they recieve special training on how to be unpleasant?

I know this is a generalisation and freely admit there are some exceptionally nice ones, and they do have to put up with alot (id imagine) i just hate the way they are few and far be-bloody-tween!!!

why didn't he stop though?
was the bus full?
maybe bcause it was early it was the wrong bus?

BeMyLilBaby · 19/03/2008 09:18

It was neither full, nor the wrong bus, i checked with the driver of the bus i eventually got on ten minutes later, the driver simply failed to stop!

This once happened to me a few years ago, it was snowing as well, when the bus drove past, I shouted "you selfish bastard" the bus stopped, I ran to get on it and the driver said, dont you f**king swear at me and shut the doors and drove off!

No seriously I would write to the bus company and complain. He should get some sort of telling off at least. Did you have to wait long until the next one?

BeMyLilBaby · 19/03/2008 09:28

Poor you PABLOP sounds worse than mine, i did go to the ticket office when i got off to complain bt it was shut so i will pop in there on my way home ( as i get the bus home from the central depot)

I only had to wait ten minutes but i thought it was rude and uncalled for, bus drivers in this area generally are!!!
