AIBU to be think it is impossible to speak to a human being at Virgin Experience Days?

No phone number, live chat only lets me leave a message, no reply to messages.

I have booked a voucher for DM for Christmas for a tour, tried to book a date and there are no dates available! All completely blocked out. I just want to speak to someone to find out what our options are.

Has anyone had any luck getting in touch with them?

If you can't speak to them, ask your bank or credit card provider to do a chargeback

I don't know why people book these in the first place. Complete rubbish customer service and there is always extra charges on the day.

OMG, someone's bought me one of these!
Almost 3 hours drive to the venue for Afternoon Tea...🤨

Think I might just not bother.

Their customer service is non existent, horrendous, would never buy from them again.

The CEO is a Christoph Homann, I'd tried to find his email but you can guess it to an extent I'd imagine. Their website is shady and asks you to email another different company I think? I hate those vouchers. They capitalise on the fact that a lot of the 'businesses' don't really want to participate/ or if they do will rip you off, so they are selling you a 'maybe you can come to this thing and be treated worse than others' experience.

I'd have rather had the money tbh.
