I've just washed a black and white bath mat (white with black slogan) as per the instructions and it's come out grey....

Ridiculous and unreasonable for posting on here but HELP! it was a gift and I think i've ruined it......

I’d ask where the gifter bought it from and ask for a replacement due to ut being faulty.

Did you wash it on a cold wash?

It was definitely from next. Washed on 30 as per instructions.

you can buy something called colour run - I think the same company as those stain devil things - but agree, if you know where it's from, take it back.
