To ask for my stuff back?

Me and my ex broke up just over a week ago.
A bit out of the blue but he has personal things going on and said it all was getting on top of him etc. i did do the stupid thing of beg and plead my worth etc but have essentially been ghosted. I've told him I'm now done and asked twice now for him to let me know when's best for me to collect my things from him but have had again no response.
What should I do?x

What stuff have you left behind?

If it's medication etc I would send him a formal message telling him he either gives you a date and time to lift your stuff or you ask for a police escort to lift it instead.

In the same message you can ask him to leave your items in his front garden so you can collect them if he doesn't want to see you.

Just general things, I do have some medication but have enough at home for now, clothes, shoes, beauty bits, some furniture also.
