Spoken: Anthony Hopkins has the most beautiful speaking voice I think I've ever heard. Also Timothy Dalton, Jeremy Irons (alas), Richard Burton, Bertie Carvel, James McAvoy. Women immediately springing to mind are Diana Rigg and Helena Bonham Carter.

Must be something about the dulcet tones of the Welsh: there are three on that list!
