I am from Florida! missing the sunshine today - ironic as I usually say I don’t miss the heat at all.

I've actually signed up just to post! I normally lurk but thought I had to say hello.

I do wonder why there isn't a YanksNet or the equivalent for us on here? They have craicnet for Irish mumsnetters and and Australian one too. I imagine there are more Americans on here than other non UK countries, but maybe not. It would be nice to have a section where it was considered bad form to slag off Americans at least 😀

Yes, I am missing the sun. And Seminoles for what it is worth, but only because you had to choose one and I preferred the logo (shallow) and not because I have any real interest!

Friend lives in Miami so I have an open invite, and I love hearing about the art deco, beaches and seafood!
