Hello Fresh Recycling

Sorry, shamelessly posting here for traffic.

How can I recycle the insulation stuff which comes with my hello fresh delivery.

I know hello fresh is a massive packaging waste to do, but I'm in a position at the moment where I really need it.

However, it feels wrong to throw the insulating foamy, material stuff straight in the bin. I thought to save it and make a mattress topper or something with it, but it smells like food.

Any ideas, lovely mumsnetters?

Charity shops are always grateful for padded wrapping, bubble wrap etc as they can use it for china etc.

although i guess the person who unwraps their china, could just end up chucking it in the bin, so only delaying landfill by one step. i was hoping someone could make something out of it.
