Seriously concerned about breast

Does this look to be stretch marks or something more serious? I did have nipple piercings and my boobs have grown loads since pregnancy, breast feeding and weight gain. I had scars from the nipple piercings when I took them out so I don’t know if it’s just scar tissue that’s stretched ? I feel sick with worry

really hard to tell anything from such a close up picture but there appears to be dent? I would always get such things checked out via GP/breast clinic. Most referrals turn out to be nothing. I have been 4 times myself with various things. It's stressful but nobody here can tell you what that is or isn't. Please see your GP about it.
