Reckitt have recalled batches of Nutramigen hypoallergenic formula, stage 1 and 2 over possible presence of chronobacter sakazakii Batch codes ZL3F7D for stage one and ZL3FAA and ZL3FDM for stage 2

My DD is worried because they think they have had tins with the recall code since September. Luckily she has managed to get 2 ‘clean’ tins from the local pharmacy, though only stage 1, when DGD should be having stage 2. Apparently it’s really difficult to get hold of as most places don’t stock it, and it will obviously be in even shorter supply in the near future.
DGD is 11 months & 1 week and allergic to both dairy and soy. I know oat milk is not advised under a year, but would it be a possibility if DD can’t get the formula?
