Suspected abandoned van

We live in a little cul-de-sac that is limited for parking anyways and for the past month or so, a van has been parked outside our house.

We are unsure of the owner, but have checked and it has had no tax nor MOT for the past month.

It also has a flat tyre.

AIBU to report this vehicle or should I wait a bit longer and see if it gets claimed?

I genuinely can't think of a single reason why you wouldn't report it and get it moved.

Report it. Its not going to get removed anytime soon as it is. Might as well get the ball rolling
