AIBU?

To think that if Ocado sent me this email the code should not have expired yet?

'Simply place an order over £85 for delivery between Tuesday 11th and Monday 17th March 2008 and we'll cut £5 off your bill.'

Now it won't let me have my £5 as voucher has expired?

It's "for delivery between 11th and 17th March", and you can't order today for delivery on 17th March, so it seems reasonable for the code to have expired.

They do take switch, so you ought to be able to re-register your DP's card.

Help... Bored with all my pics - can you give me any tips for good PS actions? I've got some, but I don't just want to keep on buying random ones. I haven't got any high key, highly saturated ones - you know - the children in bluebell woods type?

(This thread has just depressed me by reminding me that my Ocado offer has just run out. Now we can't eat until they send me a new one....)

I don't have much in the way of highly saturated, actually.

I have Paul Bleicher's free Velvia/Provia action which is good for boosting colour saturation.

I have also heard very good things about Velvia Vision (it's a Fred Miranda plugin, and those are generally good) but haven't used it myself.

Also the Alien Skin Exposure plugin is supposed to be good but is a bit expensive.

Thank you.

Will try them. I have to confess to buying the Alien Skin plug-in as I downloaded the trial version for a month, and missed it too much when it ran out. It's all stuff you could probably do yourself, but it's the speed of running the effects which I loved. Some suit certain images and some don't, and it saves a lot of trial and error. (I do find that it degrades the image in certain cases, but maybe that's a real film effect!!)
I have just downloaded the Nik software plug-in, which has some great and some not so great effects.

Am toying with buying the Kevin Kubota actions, but they are very pricey.
Thanks again, and good luck with the birth.
