Sky VIP vue cinema code

Am I being stupid? Or missing something?

Sky gives VIP customers two free vue cinema tickets every month. They must be used by the last day of the month or they expire and you get new codes for the next month.

They can be used Sunday - Thursday.
Not Friday or Saturday.

Trying to book Wonka tickets for today. A Sunday. A normal screening, nothing like a premiere or mini morning etc.

I keep getting this response and I'm not sure why?!

Any ideas? Or anyone else had this issue?

Move from the super saver seats.

I tried all the seats it's the same response. T&C say all seats are included too!

Have you tried just booking two
and then adding the others on at full price?

I hadn't, but I have just tried and it is still the same!

Very annoying as I can't afford four tickets but can stretch to two with some cheap supermarket snacks.

Does anyone have two sky cinema codes they aren’t using for march? To book kong
had sky cinema for years but ended up paying £15 a month or so and nobody ever watched it movies are terrible same ones constant.
cancelled it in Feb but used then Jan and Feb thank you x

You might be able to afford even more cinema tickets if you ditched Sky… 🤷🏽‍♀️

Hi I know this might sound odd but by any change as you said you where booking them for a Sunday where you trying to order the tickets on Friday or Saturday as that might be the issue
