Panic attacks

was just sat quite happily, watching a movie and all of a sudden I got this searing pain in my left side chest kind of more towards my collarbone. This obviously triggered me because then straight away my heart started pounding out of my chest, so hard and so fast, I started shaking, being sick, just a feeling of terror. It felt like my heart was going to explode. I've since managed to calm myself down and feel slightly better. The pain is not there the same as it was, and tbh I have be n struggling with this kind of pain, my doctor says Costcochondritis when I had a similar pain last year so maybe it is back? And this was just a panic attack? Ive calmed myself down now but a little.niggle in my brain is telling me it's a heart attack. I'm 31 and a long time anxiety sufferer especially health anxiety but I don't often have full blown panic attacks like this. Am I being unreasonable to assume that this.is.just anxiety or shall I go to A & E/call 111. I feel a bit better now and heart rate is turned to normal. I've also had super bad acid tonight so could this also be what's caused this?
