Presents are open, everyone is dressed and we're leaving at 12 30 for inlaws as lunch there today. DH has some bits to cook to take and things to wrap. I'm having a coffee baileys, eating choc and reading my book. Teen kids are spending ps vouchers on fortnight and having there best time.
Aibu to have time to myself?

Of course you aren't. I assume this isn't a serious question. There's so many martyrs on here I can't tell anymore.

What would you even be doing if you qerent having some time to yourself? I'd say if there isn't anything urgent that you absolutely have to do right now and DH doesn't need/want help then why would it be an issue?

Only acceptable as long as you're not going to spend it playing games, according to MN!

I'm reading a funny and vertious book - unruly by David Mitchell. Is that OK?

No you must go into the garden and flog yourself for daring to even think this.

Honestly this can't be a serious question.
