Several times, when my boys were small, I ducked out of Christmas by taking them away.

Mexico was fantastic! Gambia a close second. The vitamin D was a bonus.

Going to the sun for Xmas...DSC will be at their mums next year so we're gonna spend the day around the pool and then have dinner without a roast potato or sprout in sight!
I'm hoping this will be the last year we have to do 'traditional' Christmas to please other people
