My DS who is in his early 20's is a similar age to his cousin. Recently DS commented on a social media post by his cousin which included a photo of said cousin smoking a cigarette, DS commented "don't smoke, you're so crazy" His cousin then commented back saying "Did your mum hack you".

I am very anti-smoking and I have to admit nephews comment just king of irked me a bit. Am I being unreasonable, DH who doesn't smoke as well thinks I am."

Your ds is being sanctimonious and a bit of a shit stirrer.

In my DS friendship group there is a kid like this, most of them think he is a knob and I agree.

Leave them alone to their banter.
